New VA buildings set to relieve veterans of stress, complications at visits
When Vietnam War veteran W. Howard Adams had to visit the doctor, his wife would always ask, "Now where are we going?" Though the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System took care of most of his medical needs, Mr. Adams would have to traipse all over Pittsburgh to get to the specific buildings -- a loop of hospitals that took nearly a day to complete.
