AFP outreach programs benefit over 1,000 indigents in Basilan province
ZAMBOANGA CITY — A total of 1,039 indigents have benefited in the series of Medical and Dental Civic Action Programs (MEDCAPs) conducted by the military in the province of Basilan, south of this city.
