Earlier, More Frequent Breast Cancer Screenings Can Save Lives

A new study published in the American Journal of Roentgenology has found that frequent breast cancer screening that begins at a young age can save many lives.
Lead author R. Edward Hendrick and his colleagues from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center compared the U.S. Preventative Service Task Force's recommendations with American Cancer Society guidelines.
