i tried the Mens Health 100 pressup challenge in June and got to week 6 but did not complete, started again 13th Sept 2010 did not miss a day did not have to re-do any session. felt really good on friday night when i finished the last training session. Sat 9th Oct only managed 84 Sunday first session crashed at 50 - then with 40 mins rest went for it again, had realised at 50 - 60 i lost one so i had to do 101 in my count just so i did the ton. Not very happy
