Beginning Yoga At Home. Enjoy.
Real yoga in a real setting. Relax and be human! Take a deep breath and love yourself. :) Then join me for some fun and stretching. Feel free to pause the video to practice if you have any trouble with any of the poses. I'm doing beginning Yoga in my home. I'm hoping you'll join me and we can encourage each other.
