Fasting for Healing and Detoxing of Gluten and Candidiasis
What is a fast. There are spiritual fasts(abstinence) and physical nutritional fasts too. This is a fast and eventual diet that I use and have used for a systemic condition that started in the lower intestine called candidiasis; and it eventually swept through my entire body and blood system.
