African American Weight Loss | Fitness Exercise In The Park

www.sistahstrong.com One of my favorite ways to exercise is going to the park. If you have a park near your office, school, or home, why not use it. You can run, walk, stretch, do push-ups, sit-ups, and even jumprope. Why not start a walking club this Fall or next Spring. Look for other activities that you can do while you're there with the outside equipment. Use the kids monkey bars. Use what ever you have available. The idea is to get stronger and stronger.
